Did you know that Dothan, Alabama is the "Peanut Capital of Alabama" and hosts the National Peanut Festival each fall? This photo is of Sharee in June 2022 when they road tripped through Alabama. Dothan has a phenomenal arts & culture scene with a ton of history all in downtown! Not to mention, there are over 50 peanut sculptures to complete a scavenger hunt during your visit.
Key West, FL
October is a wonderful time to visit Key West if you're looking for beautiful weather & fewer tourists. May-September is bustling with entertainment. "The Bean" in Chicago, IL
Cloud Gate is one of Chicago's most popular sights located in Millennium Park. There are many eateries, shops and attractions within walking distance of "The Bean" or hop on a bus to head over to The Navy Pier and explore. The Queen City aka Cincinnati, OH
Cincinnati is a beautiful city along the Ohio River with beautiful walkways downtown and Small River Park. The Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium are both located in Downtown Cincinnati. There are many eateries, restaurants & breweries in Downtown Cincinnati and you can easily walk across Roebling Suspension Bridge into Kentucky! This picture is of Ashtun, the Perciful's youngest son while on a road trip in January 2023.
Holland, MI
Holland, Michigan is home to the annual Tulip Time Festival in May. Windmill Island Gardens is a beautiful attraction within the Downtown corridor of Holland. During our visit to Holland, it's the only time we've seen snow on the beach while visiting Lake Michigan. This picture is of Kenneth, Sharee & their youngest son while visiting Holland, Michigan in January 2023. A neat fact about Holland, they have the 1st snow melt system on their downtown streets & sidewalks! They are always ice & snow free.
Myrtle Beach, SC
Myrtle Beach is a beautiful beach with many attractions along the Atlantic Coast. Myrtle Beach has celebrity-designed golf courses, a beautiful beachfront boardwalk with arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel (one of the country's tallest Ferris wheels).
NYC
NYC is a fantastic place to visit any time of the year! I have planned girls trips, family trips, couples trips & group trips to NYC and all have turned out wonderfully. This is a picture of my best friend & I on a girls trip in June 2023 while visiting the Empire State Building. It's a must see!
